You may want to look into a woman Season Johnson on Instagram, she has a podcast Thrive Through Cancer. Her son had cancer at 2 or 3 and came through very well with diet, castor oil packs, etc etc. Her family recently moved to Mexico and she does consulting/coaching for cancer and she obv has a real heart and passion for pediatric cases. Others have also made some good suggestions from what I’ve read.

Edit: Her child endured years of traditional treatment mandated by our laws, she did additional therapies to support and heal him.
