I agree, but by not meddling in the free market, the federal government can improve the situation. At least in the case of 2, and to some degree, 3 the issue is removing government regulations.

4. Certainly is, as part of the Constitutional government's duty is to guard against enemies, both foreign and domestic.

5. Should be handled at the state level.

6. Is a remove government regulations issue - at the Federal level.

7. Is a state and local issue, but if our taxes are being used for schools at the local level anyway, parents should at least have some choice about schools -including homeschool.
