More concerning, Alamak comes from Arabic al-anaq ("the female kid", said also to mean and relate to "neck"), and I was able to verify that this is cognate to Hebrew ha (the) + anaq (H6060, necklace or longneck). Many will remember this is also Anak the giant (i.e. a longneck), who is likely a demon spawn.
