Three ropes decide to go out for drinks. As they are about to go into the bar, they notice a sign on the door "No ropes allowed!". The first rope says "How dare they. I'm going in anyway". As the rope enters, the bouncer says " Can't you read? NO ROPES ALLOWED!" then bouncer grabs the rope and tosses him roughly out the door. The second rope furiously proclaims "I'm going in there and giving them a piece of my mind"...five seconds later, second rope is thrown back out the door. The third rope says " This is outrageous! I'm going in there and getting a drink". He then starts pulling strands of fiber loose and twists himself up into a figure eight. As he enters the bar, the perplexed bouncer asks "Hey, aren't you a rope?". Rope answers:

"No, I'm A frayed knot"
