Here's what I got...

All Stations, All stations, this is, rare coin, rare coin, break

AR2XFU stand by AR2XFU stand by AR2XFU stand by

message of 60 characters follows

AR2XFUU ”engulf” J46 ”engulf” D ”ah” RXRUUYXRUEYXRUDBFU6S32 ”?-star” DIFYQ ”loo-loo” BKF

Edited characters AR2XFUUGJ46GD ”ah” RXRUUYXRUEYXRUDBFU6S32 ”?-star” DIFYQZBKF

The stuff in bold is what I could not really make out but how it sounded, however, G in Phonetic alphabet is Golf so it could just be a weird pronouncing of Golf so those would be G and loo-loo could be misunderstood or pronounced weird for Zulu for Z. No idea what "ah" or "?-star" would be.

Also worth noting that either the message was cut off or there's meaning behind it - but there are only 46 characters for the supposedly 60 that were suppose to follow. So again, unless part of the message was cut off or there's more characters in those sections that are hard to understand.

Edited to add the below link, that whoever this person is has been tracking callsigns so maybe somebody should ask that guy. He does mention something called 'jstars' so maybe that's what the star part is? He goes into how to read them a little bit.
