FWIW, I had a neighbor who bought into the Trump belittled Veterans lie that the press put out a few years ago. He fought in the Gulf War back in the early 90's. His wife and I finally got the evidence to change his mind. It was weird that he believed that fake news and started to lean towards the Lincoln Project and Liz Cheney. Thank God we persisted but in a somewhat gentle manner.
