I think many people have seriously set themselves up for epic disappointment with things like this.

Just because Trump has been re-elected doesn't mean that all the stuff we've been talking about will actually happen. Especially the things that no one can seem to come up with a legal way of doing it.

We still have to get things through congress. We still will have to deal with the Supreme Court if Trump tries to push it through alone.

This is not dooming. This is being realistic and understanding that the way government works hasn't changed just because Trump was re-elected.
