It sounds too easy, but nicotine patches --- simple, over-the-counter, lowest dose (7mg) is an effective detox. The doc who recommends it is a chiropractic doctor, but he's got a huge spiel about why it works.
I used them for two weeks, and it worked like a charm. My adult son had issues with psychosis (obviously not the same as blacking out, but still a neurological thing that doctors can't fix) and he hasn't had problems since doing the patches.
You can find more info here by using the search bar here to search either nicotine or Ardis, the doctor's last name. A bunch of anons chime in with their experiences too. Neither me nor my son were smokers, and we didn't get addicted or even the slightest cravings groom the patches.
Good luck, whatever you do. Sending prayers your way.
Edited to add: neither my son nor I were jabbed. But both of us got covid, with prolonged symptoms. The doctor explained that it's the same procedure whether detoxing from the vaccine or from covid. Also, I tried most of the other protocols first, but symptoms kept returning anyway, until I did the patches.
