Some have not read the Constitution carefully and do not know the maximum number of years a president may serve. It isn't eight.

It's ten. Trump could have taken over as early as Jan. 20, 2023, served the final two years of Biden's [illegitimate, fraudulent] residency, and then STILL been elected last week to his second four-year term.
