Can one turn off automatic updates to avoid this, or decline option to install it?

Oh shit! My computer is awaiting a restart to update now. I'm going to see what it wants to install and see if I can option out of it.

Looks like it's just 2024-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5046613) and 2024-11 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5046542)
