Yeah i know this doesn't come off well in the community, but the eyes can tell about drug use, and i see it in that video between 2:00-2:11. That's why i am thinking we need to make sure we keep an eye on him.

I have had the displeasure of working under a few people who lost composure/control because of drugs.. and how his eyes look in that range is 100% what i've seen before.

I would welcome drug testing for all positions of power.
