I am concerned about the temp of the olive oil. However I found this article:

edit: just learned that the skin on chickens is not good to eat:
"Chickens are monogastric animals that sort of hold on to the fat of what they consume. We feed chickens stuff like soy and corn and seed oils, so they literally become full of seed oils. Cows and other ruminants convert whatever they eat into mostly saturated fats"
Siete brand chips are pretty safe, but I heard Pepsi Co is purchasing them. So good bye to them.
