That’s an easy recipe I got from Mum:

  • pressure cook the pumpkin flesh for 25 minutes (keep the delicious bouillon to drink)
  • put the cooked bit in a colander over the sink (Or your favorite watering can if not salty) to get most of the water out. That could take 2 hours to a night time.
  • stir the pumpking with your favorite grated cheese and cottage cheese. Flavor with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • cook that at 300F/150C for at least an hour, then switch the oven off but do not open it for 2 hours.

For the meat, I flavored it with lemon grass, salt, pepper and garlic powder for a night, vacuum sealed. It was cooked alongside the gratin.πŸ˜‹
