This rope a dope bullshit of getting countries that want to "grow, modernize or advance" by selling them infrastructure or military assets that they a) can't afford and b) will NEVER be able to pay back, is EXACTLY what Clowns of America do...

They KNOW they'll never be able to pay back the loan, which in this case os secured by the PEOPLE OF UKRAINE'S farmland, which if you don't know, is some of the richest/most fertile/deepest top soil in the ENTIRE WORLD - so that the nastiest, most dastardly bastards on the face of the earth can STEAL IT and then POISON IT, with their Bayer/Monsanto CANCER JUICE, litigious and aggressive (and repugnant!) patent defense strategy and a whole host of other vile activities - in COMPLETE OPPOSITION to life itself.
