I do not see how this administration can guarantee Mayorkas won’t be prosecuted by the Trump DOJ. After all he has put the country through, NO! Blood is on his hands for all the children trafficked, raped, killed. He lied to Congress with a smug, “You can’t do anything about it” look on his face. He cost this country billions of dollars. If he is having any talks, hopefully it is with the military. He must be stripped of his government pension and receive at the minimum life in prison, but preferably executed at GITMO.
