I'm not aviation guy but a self driving car kinda blows his AI arguement as far as sensors go. A group of sensors could easily be programmed to assess the other aircrafts position and speed relative to its own and quickly adjust to maneuver much faster than a human could and more accurately. If the tech isn't currently up to speed I've no doubt it could be done. Couple that with an aircraft design that had more versatile maneuvering compared to current AC and I don't see how this guy could think he is debunking anything. What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve. Add a versatile lasering system and the aircraft wouldn't have to hardly maneuver to attain target lock. What we are doing with tech is eliminating the old paradigm.of warfare. Peace is better than chasing the mil industrial complex paradigm. Its time to kill war.
