Only for Constitutionally delegated powers (to Federal gov’t). It does not appear that Federal Courts are interested in the restoration of state sovereignty despite their obligation to enforce Article IV, Section 4 and remove STATE CORP gov’t (corporate gov’t is forbidden within the states) that has usurped the Union State. Citizens going to have to take it back county-by-county.
