What was his context, what is the full biblical context, and what is he pointing out that was being missed?

Kinda like how people always want to take “render unto” as “always pay your taxes, Jesus said so”. That’s absolutely not what is being communicated there. (Referring to “render unto”, not your verse, but what we should be on guard against doing)
