This is my lawyer's opinion.

"I think he is right. Thus, if Hunter has been given immunity for past crimes and falsely testified to co-conspirators acts in those past crimes (dad's, mom's, uncles's acts) then (if there is other evidence showing Hunter's testimony was false) if Hunter falsely testified he can be prosecuted for perjury -much lesser sentence. I suspect Hunter would testify that he "can't recall, can't remember, forgot".
