No. I don't.
Why put Nixon on a pedestal? That's a very pejorative and derogatory, not to mention inaccurate depiction of my position.
But if you need to do that to shore up your confidence in your own view, hey, be my guest.
Do I think Nixon was a patriot? Yes. Do I think he was attacked and targeted by the Deep State Cabal apparatus that also killed Kennedy and which had already hijacked the central flow of American govt and politics? Yes. Do I think he was a perfect individual? No. (If you have met any perfect individuals, please let me know so I can look them up!)
Have you ever stood for public office and then been attacked for it. By forces that murder their opponents? If so, then you have my respect.
I value patriotism and sacrifice highly. And, I have sympathy for those that stand up to do something, in a sacrificial spirit, whether it is running for the hardest job in the world, or volunteering to canvass door to door to register voters.
That's not putting someone on a pedestal, imo.
And, fwiw, In my view, Nixon did NOT have the high ground. Not at all.
No. I don't.

Fren, can you not see how biased and (negative) your view is?
Why put Nixon on a pedestal? That's a very negative and derogatory depiction of my position.
Should ANYONE be put on a pedestal? Your statement fairly drips and oozes with negative spin.

Maybe you have a track record where you have lived sacrificially, put your blood on the line, and as a model citizen and human, you can easily criticize Nixon.
Me? I think convincing the public that Nixon was a bad guy has been one of the greatest snowjobs by the mockingbird media. I'm not for putting any guy on a pedestal (even you), but I have sympathy and respect for those that sacrifice, on whatever level, for the sake of the country, and I think Nixon qualifies in that.
Hey, you have your opinion. I disagree. No need to slander anyone (so, .....pedestal, huh? Interesting.)
BUT, if it is really important to you to somehow denigrate my view because you disagree, hey, be my guest.
