I had dermatographism when I was 17 (late 60's) due to the stress of my parent's divorce. I suppose the mechanics are the same no matter what the cause. The dermatologist prescribed an antihistamine, and I had a hard time staying awake my senior year. Then after a few months I went to a different doctor who prescribed Atarax, a fast-acting tranquilizer that really worked well...I only took it when I needed it. Then I discovered when I went away to college I didn't need the medicine but when I came home I did...the root cause was situational. I read the book Body, Mind and the B Vitamins by Ruth Adams and Frank Murray. This is when I really got into megavitamin therapy and the use of alternative medicine. Since that time, I take 100-150mg profile of B vitamins (a few are mcg) daily and I got rid of the dermatographism and quit taking the Atarax. I think there is probably an auto-immune factor present also because I do have arthritis and that is autoimmune based.
I have recently started wearing a nicotine patch...I cut a 7 mg. in half and wear 3.5 mg. each day. I have read some studies that show that nicotine may inhibit the spike protein. I have seen some great videos by Dr. Ardis. I feel that this helps me when I am around vaccinated people...even my few grandkids that have received childhood vaccines make me feel off. But I find I always need to take some high dose B vitamins...as I have for over 50 years. Maybe there is something here that can be of benefit to your daughter. I can understand your frustration and sorrow with all this garbage that so many loved ones have to deal with. God bless you and yours...
