Related: Supermicro Hack

https://www.datacenterdynamics.com/en/news/years-later-bloomberg-doubles-down-disputed-supermicro-supply-chain-hack-story/

When I read the article I was very concerned because we had a number of supermicro systems in racks in the agency I worked for at the time.

It would not surprise me that SMCI was working with the CCCP to sabotage critical infrastrucutre here in the states. The folks working at SM do speak Chinese as I've called them a number of times for spare parts, and their English is pretty craptastic.

The bloomberg article tanked their stock when it came out but I didn't hear a whole lot afterwards about this. If you've seen Hussein's "Leave the world Behind" our infrastructure fucks up simultaneously, GPS, banks, Tesla cars being controlled to crash into themselves, drones dropping millions of leaflets with cryptic messages, anarchy/chaos in the states which eventually leads to video of a large city being bombed by fighter jets. The way to fuck up something simultaneously is to have something like what Supermicro was proportedly doing or Intel's ME, a chip on a chip, that can be remoted into by bad actors and you cannot stop it because if the system is on, ME is also on. Supposedly ME was the key to spin Iran's centrifuges at 100 RPM faster than their nominal speed which destroyed them and ruined their uranium enrichment project.

Also there is this in the news
