Well..IMHO (for what it's worth) along with prosecuting these pedos -- they need to bring the parents of these abused children up on charges of child neglect and whatever else they can get them on. What responsible parent allows their 13 year old child to "party" with adults? I am not talking about family festivities with granny and gramps on holidays! What was this child doing at this party with adults who were not family?

If these parents are so money hungry thst they offer their children's innocence up to these predators -- they need to be sitting in jail right along with the pedos!
