We are all well for the most part....colds and flus are going around and our weather is all over the place but you know I have my alternative methods...but not all the kid's mates follow my advice...especially the medical ones. People are very drug oriented...but for the most part we are well.

How are your preparations for the holidays? Who will you spend it with...is family close? How's the new job? We have a Christmas party Saturday with our prayer group...we always eat well...it should be fun.
