Keep in mind that President Trump didn't exactly promise that Joe Biden would be taken out by the 25th Amendment. He only said that Joe Biden is in danger of becoming a 25th Amendment victim. That was back when it the media was calling on Mike Pence to 25th amendment Trump. But it would be fruitless because President Trump was days away from leaving office anyway.
