Anyone bake with tallow? Or have experience with baking cookies? I’m a decent cook since I was teenager. My husband wants me to cook peanut butter blossoms cookies. I haven’t cooked these in years. They call for (Cisco) shortening which is vegetable seed oil junk. If you are old enough you know it was marketed as a lard replacement.
