Jack btw, was a Jew, and for sure was highly paid for this hit job, and likely laundered the money through his Bar and Strip Club in Dallas....
Jack permanently Silenced Harvey, and Luiggi only has to deal with the Lawyers and Courts....
Everything they have on Luiggi, for what it's worth, is basic Circumstantial Evidence, and even IF they could directly place him at the scene of the crime, say using Cell Phone Tracking, they would have to have a Warrant Backing it up, or it's Illegal, BUT, IF they had the warrant, then they Knew what he had Planned, and did nothing to stop him, so they are then Accomplices....
