Elon is clearly in the inner circle, and now probably fully aware that theres another massive tech boom on the horizon. With things like ai and developing released tech like free power etc. That stuff is going to need the best of the best to help develop. Hiring the most qualified people for the job based on merit.

And the main concern you should all be thinking about with the coming golden age of technological advancement is competing with China.

Truth is a huge percentage of the current generation of uni grads know more about gender studies then being ready to develop this future tech. That will change in time, but certainly won't happen overnight. Could take many many years....and in the meantime China don't gaf and could very well get ahead.
