Two other alternatives I suppose could be that he actually did kill himself, but because they had driven him into a corner in some way, and maybe told him to do it or else - maybe threat his family or something? - or he knew they would murder him and he could not get away, so he did kill himself but he figured a way to do it that would get as much attention as possible so that the things he had been trying to blow a whistle about would also.

Or that if the body actually is his he was murdered, but the murderer or murderers were "knuckleheads" who managed to do it in a way that would raise all these suspicions about the whole case instead of being dismissed as "vet with mental problems kills himself in a terrorist act" also by the public, and especially frogs, not just by the police and feds.

But the whole story certainly seems to stink. Whatever the truth may be, it doesn't look as it is what is now told in the news, that "vet - with maybe mental problems - kills himself in a terrorist act". It still might be, but if so there are still more than a few questions left, like why nobody seem to have heard that gunshot.
