Hello friend! And welcome!!! Check out the scripture of 1John it's pretty cut and dry and doesn't take any biblical scholar by any means to interpret (at least the definition of the words) now who are these people and what did they do to earn this distinction? That I do not know but my guess is that someone drives themselves to an unrepentant position and persecutes the church of Christ mercilessly.
You may be referencing revelation there? If you find me the verse you're talking about is be glad to share some insight if you'd like. Probably one of the best New Testament Commentary's that I would recommend is called "New Testament Commentary" by Jim Sheerer. It's a big book and 60 dollars but I have had my copy since 2011 and I still use it to this day.
He purposefully wanted to make a commentary that's very easy to understand unlike others that I have (Adam Clarke, Matthew Henry, David Lipscomb, Moses E. Lard, and H. Leo Boles) which were written much earlier (some I have even 1880's)
