Not to alarm anyone, but as an EOD Tech (retired), I recall the 60,000lbs of ammonium nitrate announced missing. Improperly used, it is very deadly. The same stuff Timothy McVay used in Oklahoma. Back then it wasn't making sense why that happened. Today, i could be wrong but I honestly believe McVays MKUltra controlled attack was a test run for future needs. Stay vigilant and know your surroundings and escape routes. IF you see something, speak up, call 9.1.1. When/IF the police arrive, relay the information and then get clear of the area.
