My best friend has a genetic disorder called XX Male Syndrome, and he has to get testosterone shots every week now that he's in his 40s. Thankfully he knows he's still a man, and is on our side.

I used to have a friend with Down's Syndrome, another genetic disorder.

I get what Trump is saying here, it's about trans people claiming they were born this way, and grooming children to believe the same. But I cannot ever deny that genetic disorders do and, until the return of the Lord Jesus Christ, will always exist, so no, you are not perfect--and there's nothing a mere human can do about that.
