I went the nitter-etc route to look at the tweeter's post, found a link to... The sauce!

(Milwaukee vs Wisconsin seems to be a distinction in search... But still didn't produce the sauce. Searching for TF with Milwaukee in a standard search AND searching within TF for Milwaukee both came up empty. If the tweeter didn't include the link further down in their thread, I don't know how one would be able to find this.) Thanks for your patience, OP, while I dug further. Good topic. We like when potential election fraud gets called out.
