Can we get the “due process” clause applied to those who are here legally as well? Those who intentionally break our laws to be here, shouldn’t be granted the same rights and benefits of those who are here legally.

This is the argument that I continually have to make regarding the deportations, yet the loony leftists cry “the 14th amendment grants due process to ALL persons”. The 14th needs elucidation so that its purpose will no longer be taken out of context.

Definitely need to clarify what “subject to the jurisdiction” means as well, this is the part the leftists intentionally ignore.

While we’re at it, “Natural Born Citizen” needs to be clarified, vs “Native Citizen”, vs “Natural Citizen”, vs “Naturalized Citizen”, vs “Citizen”. Each has it’s own distinct meaning which many, including those in the judicial branch seem to ignore.
