Romans 9:6 For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
The context of that isolated scripture teaches that Israel is a spiritual people. The kinsmen of Paul after the flesh are not all Israel.
Romans 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God
Romans 9:30 That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith. 31 But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.
Gentiles means the nations. All nations that walk in Christ are spiritual Israel. Nations are peoples. Each individual in Christ is the Israel of God in the Spirit. The church in Christ is the Israel of God in the Spirit.
