Antifa is made up of The Torch Network, which is a network the most radical chapters of the former Anti-Racist Action Network.

The fucking Torch Network official website has a directory for all the chapters, official links to solicit donations, you can even buy an official Antifa t-shirt there.

It's not a secret there is centralized coordination, because there is one central hub website that all these smaller chapters are organized around. So either one chapter has accepted a de-facto leadership position, or there are leaders in the background who make efforts to stay hidden.
