I want ALL of my money back that I had to pay in due to the mandate. Especially the $1300 that was taken from me when they say I "lapsed" coverage, TWICE, but I have paperwork to prove I didn't. My tickets to close my accounts never got resolved when I got hired at a job that provided insurance in September 2016, and then they call me to re enroll me in December, saying I never cancelled, but I owe them for not paying my monthly payment? I didn't get an invoice for those months, it's supposed to be cancelled! But you now want to re-enroll me? I even had the letter from them that PROVED it was cancelled in September due to "obtained coverage through employer".. motherfuckers!?

The time before I only wanted coverage for two months between jobs, and at the end of the year, the IRS says I didn't have it AT ALL for those two months, and I have the invoices that I did. WHY!?!
