#3 is misquoted. He actually said that it was going to be more difficult for Pence to do the WRONG thing than the RIGHT thing. This comment combined with extremely complimentary comments toward Pence by Chris Miller (whom I trust implicitly) & the fact that Trump never savaged Pence although seemingly warranted, make me perhaps the only person to think that Pence is possibly a secret good guy playing a part.
