The idea that "the Virgin Islands only give out visas to dental assistants" doesn't pass the smell test for me considering all the evidence. I'm not saying that's not a thing. I just don't think that's what we're looking at here.
The "dental chair", combined with the life-like masks on the walls, seems to be a staging area where people with the correct height/build are then given the proper mask & makeup so that, "on camera" they appear to be someone they are not.
Then they are filmed doing things with children.
This whole set up seems like a staging apparatus to manufacture fraudulent blackmail videos of people they want to blackmail, but are not able to get the actual real person to do it.
