But the notion that Kash just decided to say, in the most public way, for the whole world to hear, "Oh, btw, see you Charlie that, you know, wink wink, facility....." that's just nonsensical.

IF Kirk was taken into a federal witness program, the WHOLE point of those programs is to KEEP witnesses safe by making them untraceable. Aka secret. Aka not telling every person in the country that they are doing it.
