Problem with DHS is not at the top. Numerous sleepers in there are intentionally causing all kinds of chaos, including intentionally trying to provoke ICE protestors. Literally Nazis inside FEMA, agent provocateurs inside ICE, foreign agents inside TSA, sleepers inside Secret Service (hopefully clean now), and saboteurs inside Coast Guard. The whole thing is unconstitutional and will eventually be fully weaponized against US Christians unless it is terminated. ICE can be moved under DoW to make it Constitutional per Article IV, Section 4.

Arguably DHS is a direct extension of the CIA/Mossad control apparatus specifically created for that purpose after 9-11-2001.
