I don’t know who Ronald Carter is, but he left out the part about Iran being an important part of the Cabal’s web of control. And, that the reason for 30+ years of claiming Iran was weeks away was to push the conclusion it was too late to do anything. All because roque nuclear states are part of their web of control.
