Nice, they look real enough, but I don't know why someone would go to the trouble of assembling those exact newspapers (from the Seattle public library, as seen at 7:22, and the Ag Department, 15:55) when they don't prove anything. Yes, you get credit for putting it forward reasonably, but a few minutes at Google shows the same can be assembled for any similar search. All those articles mentioned "6 million" and "Jews" in some combo (as others mentioned the number of dollars in a Jewish fund, or the number of Jews allegedly killed by the Emperor Titus of the Romans, etc., as my link shows); but if I did the same for all the articles mentioning "3 million Jews" I'd have a lot more references than he did, as my other link shows (from CODOH): namely 123 articles instead of 71 articles. Since I have a moment, the video shows 10:
1915-06-06 New York Sun "six million Jews" persecuted, half world population.
1918-10-18 New York Times "6,000,000 Jews" need a billion dollars. [Found in my previous link.]
1919-09-08 New York Times "Jews ... 6,000,000" in peril in Ukrainia and Poland. [Found in my link as "6,000,000 Jews".]
1919-11-12 New York TImes "Jews ... 6,000,000" in peril in Eastern Europe, says Felix Warburg, half world population. [Found in my link.]
1920-02-23 Atlanta Constitution "6,000,000 Jews" in Eastern Europe and Palestine need relief money.
1920-05-07 New York Times "six millions ... Jews" in Central and Eastern Europe get funded by Nathan Straus.
1921-07-20 New York Times "6,000,000 Jews" in peril in Russia. [My source had the same article in Chicago Tribune too.]
1931-12-29 Montreal Gazette "six million Jews" at risk of starvation in Southeastern Europe says Rabbi Wise. [Found in my link.]
1936-05-31 New York Times "millions of Jews", "European holocaust" (no 6 million noted). [Found in my link.]
1938-02-23 New York Times "6,000,000 Jews" deprived in Central Europe. [Found in my link.]
So not much new there. The use of the word "holocaust" in one case to refer to a human massacre is consistent from at least the 1910s based on its earlier meaning as a "whole" animal offering, which is a natural application to any persecution before it got attached to a particular stated one. That too shows no preplan, only a word already established that is getting repurposed opportunistically.
Now, the first search I find doing 3 million Jews is in Google Books rather than newspapers, but it's still a good baseline. I immediately find:
1894 The Russian Jews p. 25 "3,000,000 Jews" with no right of residency in Russia beyond the pale.
1917 Glory of Israel p. 24 "3,000,000 Jews" in Ukraine, half are leaving for Palestine.
1920 Prayer and Work for Israel p. 93 "3,000,000 Jews" of Ukraine organizing to leave.
1921 Sweater News p. 155 "3,000,000 Jews" want to leave Poland.
1926 Annual Report [American Jewish Committee] p. 71 "3,000,000 Jews" in Russia religiously restricted.
1926 The Survey [Survey Associates] p. 72 "three million Jews" starving in Russia.
1927 Menorah Journal p. 164 "3,000,000 Jews" cannot exist in Poland and must emigrate.
1928 Current History and Forum p. 687 "3,000,000 Jews" uprooted from Europe.
1929 National Jewish Monthly p. 274 "3,000,000 Jews" in distress in Poland.
1937 Current History p. 44 over "3,000,000 Jews" tragically starving in Poland.
So that's the first 10 applicable hits I got, out of the first 61 hits in all, which is pretty good. In short, it's impossible to prove anything by picking an arbitrary two very common terms and back-searching them for occurrences in a broad context. The closest thing I see is that ca. 1920 there was a coordinated fund appeal for 6 million Jews in the East Europe area where that number was repeated (5 of your sources over one year), and there was separately a lot of appeal for 3 million Russian Jews in Ukraine (5 of my sources). Because, like the World Almanac, people repeat the same population numbers from year to year. Jewish fundraising appeals mentioning any particular number of millions are literally a dime a dozen. Your articles aren't about "killings" any more than mine are; on either side there are occasional mentions of persecution and possibly actual deaths, but this is never related to death of a whole group of millions. If you're still trying to hold on to some qualitative difference between the ones you get from a source that agrees with your preconception, and the ones that come from a source that doesn't ... can you let me know why you selected your username? Because at GAW we use our autism powers for elite research.
Separately, as you wrote I was just looking at how many Jews left Europe out of 9.5 million, and I got about 500,000 from Poland, 300,000 from Germany, and 100,000 from Austria. You then added displaced persons, maybe 300,000, and hidden movement, maybe 100,000. So you could stretch it over 1.5 million, but it wouldn't account for the whole problem. Let me know if you get differently.
