We are clearly following the Cabal's plan. That plan has been in the works for a very, very long time. The current version -- the details relevant to today -- have been in the works for at least 30 years (probably around the end of the USSR/David Rockefeller/Davos/Bush years). All the details of that plan can be found from that time.

Q is following the Cabal plan. It is the only way to accomplish the Awakening. If it looked like a "B-Rate scifi" then it wouldn't look like a movie (to enough people). Instead, it looks like a movie to pretty much everyone. So many things look so contrived. EVERYONE is suspicious and think it's a psyop.

The difference between the Q plan and the Cabal plan isn't the "plan" itself, it's who the Director is. The original version was Spielberg (probably literally). The Q version is being directed by Monty Python (also probably literally), thus "D-rate".
