This is great but it is not yet time to pop the corks and celebrate honest elections at last. Far from it. I do not want to give the impression I am downplaying the efforts done up to date to secure the mid-term but to proclame "No more loopholes" is a bit premature and foolish imho. I cannot be the only one that thinks dropboxes are a huge loophole still needing to be fixed.
