Reading your post to infer Barr is following the Q/Trump plan and letting the corruption expose itself within the DOJ/FBI by not taking direct action... allowing the puppet masters to pull the strings of the remaining agents and sleepers and take last "legal" attempts at coup within those two organizations in full view of American public before any kinetic action.
