Don't know what speech it was, but just saw this in a show I'm watching

Trump: When we hang it up in five years, or 9 years, or 13 years, or maybe 17 years

9 = I

13 = M

17 = Q

But 5 = E, not sure what to make of that one, doesn't say in the clip.
