Are you guys serious? OK, I am not a Glock guy, but there is no way anyone can say which Glock it is, they are all the same shape wise, especially in video of this quality. But that's a minor point that made me smile since its irrelevant to the discussion. Did a quick check just now, the only reference I could find is that Capitol cop left a gun in bathroom, Glock 22, which makes it .40. Assuming .40

Angle wise could be debatable, I can see your point. Or not.

A .40 will do lots of damage to the neck. Either .40/.45 would rip a large chunk of her neck out, easily so, can't imagine Capitol cops using ball ammo, which does less damage and would more than likely simply pass through.

One detail is making me think that this was staged, after all. The camera is only following the gun, as if staged manner. As if, keep recording this particular action and never mind all other guns directly to your right (D.C. cops?, SWAT?). Just one particular gun out of them all.

Oh, and one more very key detail. Either .40/.45, ball or HP, at this distance, would not only rip and go through neck, but the bullet would then hit the wall behind. I do not see that, I see no chunk of wall shattering, I see no hole, I see nothing falling, I see NO BLOOD SPLATTER a shot like that WILL CREATE to her right on the wall/window sill. See any? There is no way neck muscles stop a .40/.45 at this distance, no way.

And one more point, I may as well. Knowing the soi boys, even one shot, at this close distance would a very loud report and make them all run like crazy for cover and safety. You see anyone doing that?

I call setup.

And don't even start me on a 10mm at this distance, who knows what caliber that Glock was.
