The guy himself is an actor for hire Jake Angeli (sister claims it's a pseudonym) and was pictured with Giuliani and Chanel Rion. She claimed he is special ops who infiltrated Antifa and was part of the team that took the laptops. She claimed the headdress hid a GoPro and that's why he chose that as his costume.
She posted the pics of Giuliani and Rion on her Twitter feed.
