you can clearly see THROUGH him, during maybe 10 frames, after the bottom 75% of the screen gets distorted.
you also can see the bottom of the pillars BEHIND the "fence" in the left.
the Greek thing is really nonsense, the entire focus is on Obama being Digital.
the cut is probably that between 2:08 and 2:11, you can see the original glitch time in the screenshot, but this video is just a cut of it, so, yeah. i remember Obama glitching, then they switched to the wide view, then bush, so thats probably it.
